Parents & Caregivers

Self-trust is built in small moments. Most of them happen at home.

Heart Safety helps parents recognize everyday moments that can strengthen, or unintentionally erode, a child's self-trust. The approach gives caregivers practical language for supporting boundaries, belonging, self-advocacy, and help-seeking.

Schools & Educators

Help students stay connected to themselves, even when belonging feels complicated.

Heart Safety gives students developmentally appropriate language for friendship struggles, social pressure, self-doubt, and emotionally confusing moments. Each student program is an expert-led child-development experience brought to life through Seeds of Self-Trust, guided discussion, and developmentally designed reflection.

Seeds of Self-Trust book
Every session begins with a story.

Seeds of Self-Trust provides the narrative anchor for every student experience. Story is how children absorb the framework before they can articulate it.

Keynotes & Speaking

Beyond Body Safety

A keynote on the overlooked relational dimension of child safety.

Ismaili Professionals Network Summit 2026

We teach children about physical safety, online safety, and bullying prevention. We speak far less often about what children can do when a familiar relationship, or the pressure to belong, makes them question what they feel, know, or need.

Dr. Naaila brings a fresh, developmentally grounded perspective to conferences, educator gatherings, parent organizations, podcasts, panels, and mission-aligned community events.

Audiences leave able to
  • Understand Heart Safety and its role within the broader child-safety and social-emotional landscape
  • Recognize how relational experiences can shape a child's self-trust
  • Use the heart, body, and mind framework to move from noticing toward appropriate response and support

Talks can be adapted for educators, parents and caregivers, child-development professionals, and broader community audiences.
